6 Interview Mistakes Employers Make

Hiring the wrong person wastes your organisation’s time and money and is bad for morale. Probably the most challenging part of the hiring process, and the area most susceptible to error, is the interview itself. Our latest blog post looks at some of the most common mistakes made by interviewers, and TPP’s suggested solutions.

Donna Newton joins TPP as Client Relations Manager

TPP Not for Profit are delighted to announce the appointment of Donna Newton as Client Relations Manager.

Donna has been brought on board as an extra, impartial point of contact within TPP to help our clients get the most out of their relationship with us. Working across all of our teams, Donna will be responsible for conducting service reviews and ensuring that all our clients are receiving the best possible service and value for money.

Donna has worked in recruitment for over 14 years, including a previous stint with TPP, and has successfully placed candidates within the commercial, public and third sectors.
